Sometimes life can feel overwhelming when you’re growing up. Many young people experience anxiety, low mood, friendship or family difficulties, school pressures, confidence issues or simply just need someone to talk to.
At Sussex Community Counselling we are offering an affordable counselling service for young people aged 11-18 years old. We can offer 12 sessions of counselling at a reduced rate.
Our qualified counsellors provide a confidential and supportive space where a young person can talk openly without judgement.
