Christmas Cheer!
Our Community Christmas Cheer event at Denton Island Community Centre in December was a great success, with crafts, trishaw rides, Father Christmas and his Grotto, and some free tasty treats and hot drinks.
Thank you to all the fabulous community groups who supported us to make this such a special and enjoyable day for everyone: Seahaven Baby Bank, Newhaven Families Forum, East Sussex County Council Library Service, A Touch of Gentleness and Newhaven Young People’s Forum.
We had gift donations from CTLA, PTC and other local organisations for our grotto making this a fabulous demonstration of collective community action. Thank you to everyone who helped to make it such a successful event!
