Support for Survivors of Suicide
There are times when life can feel overwhelming and it may seem difficult to find a way forward. If you have lived through a suicidal crisis or are struggling with ongoing thoughts of ending your life, you do not have to face this alone. Talking to someone who will listen without judgement and help you make sense of what you are feeling can be an important first step toward recovery and hope.
Sussex Community Counselling offers specialist counselling for adults who have experienced suicidal thoughts or have recently been through a suicidal crisis. Our counsellors provide a safe, confidential space to explore what has happened, understand what has brought you to this point, and begin to find ways to cope and rebuild your wellbeing.
About the Service
This service is now self-funded, following the end of external funding. We continue to offer the same professional and compassionate support, but sessions are now offered on a fee-paying basis, starting at £40 per session.
