Connect to Work is a supported employment programme. Working with our employment specialists in East Sussex, we will help you to reach your work goals.
Your employment specialist can help you to:
- Find your strengths and work towards goals
- Develop an action plan tailored to your work goals
- Keep your current job if you are finding it a challenge
- Integrate employment support with other needs, like health services
- Connect you with local employers
- Provide on and off the job support
To apply for Connect to Work, you must:
- Be 18 or older
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Have settled UK status and access to public funds (benefits)
- Not be enrolled in a DWP employment programme
