Physical activity helps us all, whatever our age or level of fitness, to be healthy in mind and body. Our friendly teams offer a range of fun activities which suit people new to exercise or returning to exercise; day time and evenings, as below:
Tuesdays 1pm, Newhaven. Location changes regularly so please contact us for details.
Fridays 12pm, the Big Park, Piddinghoe, Peacehaven.
Set your daily goal and smash it! Join this friendly, supportive and free group to get your 10, 20 or 30 minutes of brisk walking in. We’ll use the Active 10 app and enjoy the fresh air and company.
Couch to 5K
Tuesdays 9am, Newhaven (Denton Corner bus stop), starting 15th January 2019 for 9 weeks.
Wednesdays 6.45pm, location to be confirmed, starting 16th January 2019 for 9 weeks.
Fridays, 1pm, the Big Park, Piddinghoe Avenue, Starting 4th January 2019 for 9 weeks
