P/T 6 hours per week (Wednesday) – Based in Lewes
Salary range, dependent on skill & experience: £15,106 – £15,408 pa pro rata
Fixed term for up to 11 months to cover maternity leave.
We are looking for a cheerful, reliable and experienced receptionist to join our team at the Phoenix Centre.
You will provide a professional and secure front of house service, welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact. You will be a strong team player and offer support to the wider team and Centre Manager as required.
The role involves greeting visitors, answering the phone and managing the reception area. There will also be some administrative duties.
Experience of working in a similar setting would be useful but not essential. What is important that you use your excellent customer service skills to help create a friendly, positive and safe environment for everyone that visits the Phoenix Centre. The post is subject to a DBS check.
