Let’s Get Working Database Development Worker

Full time/37 hours per week, fixed term in the first instance until 31st December 2019

Salary range – £23,541 – £24,981 per annum dependant on skills & experience

Based in Newhaven, with travel throughout the South East.

We are recruiting for a self-motivated, dynamic individual to help develop, implement and embed an existing Management Information System (Salesforce). The purpose of the MIS is to monitor, record and assist with evaluation of our Let’s Get Working project. This is not a participant-facing role, but supports delivery staff in assisting participants with disabilities and long term health issues with a view to supporting them back into sustainable work, learning or volunteering.

You will be a confident, motivational individual with experience in managing projects to tight deadlines, and of coaching colleagues in using, developing and managing a MIS using your exceptional IT skills.

You should also be able to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and will be a confident and credible ambassador for SCDA, showing sensitivity to the aims & values of the organisation as a whole.

The post is subject to a DBS check and based in Newhaven, with some travel to outreach locations across the South East.
