1 x Full Time, 37 hours per week.
1 x Part time, 22.5 hours per week.
Salary range – £20,494 – £23,080 dependant on skills & experience
Based in Hastings.
Both positions are fixed term until June 2020 in the first instance, with anticipated extension to June 2022.

We are recruiting for experienced Community Connectors to offer intensive, ongoing and practical support to eligible clients, enabling them to access a range of services geared to supporting them back into sustainable work, learning or volunteering.
You will demonstrate a successful track record in working supportively with vulnerable people, assisting & enabling them to access opportunities, and be accustomed to regular review and performance reporting.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and will be a confident and credible ambassador for SCDA, showing sensitivity to the aims & values of the organisation as a whole.
The posts are subject to a DBS check and based in Hastings, with some travel to partner and outreach locations across East Sussex and Kent.
