Advice & Inclusion Programme Manager
Full time (37 hrs per week)
Salary range: £34,981 – £40,182 per annum dependant on skill, qualification & experience
You will be an experienced project, people and services manager with a flair for developing and delivering services to contract and which meet community need, in a consistently high quality way.
Responsible for the strategic development of the Advice & Inclusion work area, you will lead and support the team who manage and oversee the services and day-to-day activities of this work area, as well as work in partnership with specialist advice providers. Services currently include Newhaven Food Bank provision, working with victims of hate crime and anti-social behaviour and information and referral services for those suffering domestic violence in more rural locations, as well as a county wide Welfare and Debt programme with and through Advice partners.
Experienced at managing relationships with existing funders and commissioners, you will broker new partnerships and ensure sustained funding for services to support those most vulnerable in the communities we serve. With excellent people, organisation, communication, finance and project management skills you will demonstrate sensitivity to the aims of the services and the organisation as a whole.
The role is based in Newhaven with some travel across E. Sussex, car drivers and owners preferred as several locations are rural and not served well by public transport. Posts are subject to DBS check.
